These Terms govern your use of NOMZ at nomz.gg and related services, operated by Mily & Co., LLC ("NOMZ," "we," "us"). By playing, you agree to these Terms and to our Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use NOMZ.
NOMZ is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age of digital consent where you live). You must be at least that age to play. If you are a minor in your region, you may use NOMZ only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Purchases require a signed-in account and may only be made by someone of legal age to contract, or with verifiable parental consent.
You can play as a guest or sign in for a permanent account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure. Accounts are personal — do not sell, share, or transfer them, and do not create accounts through automated means.
Please follow the Community Guidelines. You agree not to cheat, use bots, scripts, or automation, exploit bugs, manipulate the leaderboard or economy, disrupt the service, or use offensive, infringing, or impersonating display names. We may filter names and, for violations, issue warnings, remove content, reset names, or suspend or terminate accounts — and may forfeit virtual currency and items in serious cases.
NOMZ includes a virtual currency ("Noms") and virtual items (cosmetics). They matter for the fun of the game, but legally:
You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display your chosen display name within the game (for example, on the leaderboard). You are responsible for it and must have the right to use it. We may change or reset names that violate these Terms or the Guidelines.
NOMZ — including its name, logo, artwork, cosmetics, code, and design — is owned by Mily & Co., LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works except as allowed by law.
NOMZ is an evolving service provided on an "as available" basis. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features (including arenas, cosmetics, or the economy) at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOMZ is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mily & Co., LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of NOMZ. Our total liability for any claim relating to NOMZ will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim or US$50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mily & Co., LLC from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of NOMZ or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
You may stop using NOMZ anytime and can request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or the Guidelines, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive (for example, 4, 7, 9–13) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing anything formal, please contact us at support@nomz.gg and we will try to resolve it informally. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it locally.
We may update these Terms and will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated as required by law; continued play after changes means you accept them.
