This policy applies to all purchases in NOMZ, operated by Mily & Co., LLC. It works together with our Terms of Service.
Purchases in NOMZ are digital virtual currency (Noms) and virtual items (cosmetics, and, in future, passes or memberships), delivered to your account electronically. They have no real-world value and are governed by our Terms of Service.
Payments are handled by Xsolla as our merchant of record. Xsolla collects payment, calculates and remits taxes, issues receipts, and provides buyer support. Your card details are handled by Xsolla under its own policies and never touch NOMZ's servers.
Because virtual currency and items are delivered immediately and consumed digitally, all purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or as described in section 5.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from digital purchases. However, by purchasing and choosing immediate delivery of Noms or items, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery begins. Undelivered purchases remain refundable.

Start with Xsolla's buyer support (linked from your receipt), and/or email us at support@nomz.gg with your order ID and the account involved. We aim to respond within a few business days.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can usually resolve it faster. Chargebacks may result in loss of the disputed Noms or items and suspension of the account pending review.
Prices may vary by country or region and are shown before you pay. Currency conversion, and any applicable sales tax or VAT, are handled by Xsolla and shown at checkout per local law.
If you subscribe (for example, NOMZ+), it auto-renews until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the current period. Partial periods are not refunded except where required by law.
